This is where all the decisions of ASW get decided, the office of Ken Shamrock. You may find Ken sitting behind his desk, working on paperwork. You may find Ken punching the wall of his office, to vent some frustration. All you know is that you'll almost always find him here.

The Franchise Shane Douglas, accompanied by his head cheerleader, Francine, quickly slams open the door and barges into Shamrock's office.
Shane Douglas: Alright Ken... you wanted the Franchise... you got the Franchise for your little wrestling federation... so what's the hold up? "ASW Worlds Heavyweight Championship" should already be indented on Francine's stomach. So where is it Shamrock? Lets just skip all the damned formalities and give the damn belt!

Ken Shamrock is sitting behind his desk, with his feet on top of it. He moves his feet off the desk as he listens to The FRANCHISE's little rant.
Ken Shamrock: You know I can't do that, Franchise. I mean, even if I wanted to hand you the belt, I can't. You see, I had the belt locked up in a vault, mainly because I thought some one would sneak into this office at night and steal it. The belt will be awarded to someone at the first show.

Shane Douglas: WHAT!
Franchise slams his fist on the table and gets right in Shamrock's face.
Shane Douglas: I AM THE RIGHTFUL ALL STAR WRESTLING CHAMPION!!! THE ONLY RIGHTFUL ASW WORLD CHAMPION!!!
Francine feebly attempts to pull Shane away, which eventually, Shane relents and steps away from Shamrock's desk.
Francine: I suggest you run your happy ass down to that vault and get the belt.
Shane Douglas: Yes! I assure you, nobody is going to be stealing that belt once the Franchise has his hands on it!!!

Jericho enters the room , with a disgusted look on his face
Jericho : Ken you wasted enough time listening to these parasites demands we all know
Jericho looks Shane Douglas in the eyes
Jericho : parasites like the " Franchise" don't deserve to be in a room with a future ASW champion him even mentioning the belt makes it lose prestige . So go ahead and bring me the belt and for shane maybe a dark match

There is a knock on the door to the GM's office. Everyone turns to see Ted DiBiase Jr poking his head around the doorframe.
Ted: "Sorry guys, am I interrupting something here? I didn't think so."
Ted steps into the office and walks towards the desk.
Ted: "Surely I didn't just hear this old crock Douglas and Whine2J demanding the World title? Kenny boy, we both know that if you want ASW to be a success, you need to look to a star of the future. We also both know, the future of this business is me. I'm here to make my own legacy, to take the DiBiase name to new heights! And I can carry this company all the way there. Come on Ken, how much is it gonna cost to take that belt out with me right now? Money is no object, and don't spout all that crap about sportsmanship and honour at me Ken. Everybody's got a price, so tell me yours, because Ted DiBiase as ASW champion...that's simply Priceless."
Ted gets out of wallet, and holds $100 bills out towards Jericho and Douglas.
Ted: "How about you boys take Benjamin Franklin out for a drink and leave me and Kenny boy to discuss business."

Shane Douglas: Parasite? *chuckles* Funny how you remember things... Y2S**t. Because I remember a certain parasite named "Lionhart" that sucked the importance out of a certain ECW TV Title... Plain as day, I remember Jericho, because I was the one who made that TV title just as important as the world title... So the next time you call me a parasite, boy... Remember you're talking to the Franchise.
Francine, completely distracted by Ted Jr. waving around the hundred dollar bill, mumbles something in approval.
Shane Douglas: Come on Francine, we did what we came to do... Shamrock knows what's good for him... and what's good for All Star Wrestling... Lets go...
Franchise drags Francine out of ASW's General Manager, Ken Shamrock's office by the arm, as she is still enraptured by Benjamin Franklin.

Shamrock watches the words fly, and can't help but feel sorry for the fact that he's got THREE HEELS ON A ROSTER. Then again, everyone loves to be a heel. After THE FRANCHISE leaves, he turns to Jericho.
Ken Shamrock: Unfortunatly, I'm not going to had you the belt, Jericho.
Shamrock glances over at Ted Jr.
Ken Shamrock: Or you, no matter how much money you give. You see, if I gave Franchise the title, you both would whine and moan and complain... But, if I gave Ted the title, Jericho, you and Franchise would complain. So on and so forth. So, what's the only way to stop everyone from complaining that I handed someone the title... By giving everyone a fair shot. Do you understand what I'm saying?
Ken looks at them both, and waits for his response.

Jericho with a pleased look on his face turns towards the GM
Jericho : You want me to take care of these parasites so that they have no room to complain and the guy you want representing your company is champion
Turns to ted places hand on shoulder
Jericho: Don't worry daddy still loves you junior
Jericho waits for ted's responsee

Ted looks at Jericho's hand on his shoulder, then removes it. He looks back to Jericho.
Ted: "My daddy has never loved me or anyone else as much as he loves himself. I don't care what either of you guys say, I will be leaving that first show as champion."
He turns to Ken Shamrock.
You may think you've won this one Ken, but you're going to end up raising my hand and presenting me to the belt anyway, you just won't get a dime from me for the privilege."
Ted looks from Shamrock to Jericho, and back to Shamrock, shakes his head and leaves the office.

Shelton Benjamin passes jericho on way to the office gives him condescending look. He then opens the door an looks at Ken.
Shelton: Its about damn time u got all these losers out of here,class this place up a bit to a higher standard. .....a gold standard. before you had here before was a pretty boy,a rich boy an a wanna be but at end of the day all they do is talk. My first time here an I bring back the gold back proof ain't none of y'all gonna stop me ever. *points at strap over his shoulder* They say the Buck stops here n so does this damn belt.
